The headquarters in Wattens is set to gain a new identity through the renovation (of the existing building dating from the 1950s and 1960s) and the expansion. Given the existing structure and the new requirements, consolidating the offices at this location calls for different solutions that maintain a consistent exterior appearance. The material selection is intended to reinforce the company’s image while also aiming for a durable and low-maintenance design. The addition of floors 8 and 9 is also intended to create a landmark visible from afar, featuring meeting rooms. With a special zone on the ground floor and the stairwells, up to 10 different construction types will be required, all of which are intended to symbolize a unified whole from the outside.
