"Beckenhag" Residential Complex

The completed residential and commercial building is located on the main access road in Dornbirn. The plan called for two three-story structures, which were constructed using a combination of solid masonry and drywall. The underground parking garage in the basement was also built using solid masonry. The parking garage extends entirely beneath the property and connects the two building sections. The building on Lustenauerstraße features office space on the ground floor. The first and second floors were divided into 25 bright and attractive residential units, each with spacious south-facing terraces. Set back slightly is the Beckenhag residential building. Here, the 18 equally attractive residential units extend from the ground floor to the second floor.
