"Am Brand" Residential Complex, Bregenz

We are constructing a new five-story residential and office building in a central location in downtown Bregenz. The ground floor, which is partially built into the hillside, houses garages, storage areas, and retail space. The first floor features flexible office spaces, while the upper floors accommodate 12 generously sized apartments. On the street side, the rooms are arranged around a recessed loggia, which, thanks to floor-to-ceiling glazing, allows visual connections between the living, dining, and sleeping areas. The terraced garden side features expansive open spaces with views of the greenery. Here, too, floor-to-ceiling glass surfaces ensure brightness and transparency. The sculpturally structured facade, made of sand-colored precast concrete elements, lends the building a understated elegance that integrates well into the densely built-up surroundings. Regularly spaced windows made of natural oak provide attractive accents.
