With a total usable floor area of approximately 1,900 square meters, the complex consists of three buildings arranged above a shared underground parking garage.
The generous use of glass and the custom floor plans required a high degree of restraint in the structural design.
The desired effect was achieved through the use of strategically placed, slender composite columns and flat slabs.
