Structuring the large-scale volume: The primary goal of the urban design concept is to develop a finely-grained building system that interconnects and overlays the two existing building typologies—freestanding structures (waterfront development) and townhouses within a closed block development (Old Town). This integrates the building mass into the finely detailed urban structure.

"Completion" of the city edge:
The city edge and waterfront will be completed up to the train station, continuing the typology of modestly sized standalone buildings along Seestraße.
