gbd Holding encompasses six companies across seven locations, under the leadership of Dipl.-Ing. Sigurd Flora and Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Markus Beck, M. Eng. By September 2025, the internal restructuring, which has already been completed, into two distinct and independent entities – gbd Holding and gbd PTA – will also be externally formalized.
