Rotkreuz Lustenau Campus

Construction Management
Project Management

Essentially, the school campus consists of three building sections: on the north side, adjacent to Fischerbühel, there is a three-story new building (partly basement, ground floor, first floor) with an entrance area, auditorium, dining hall, commercial kitchen, parent counseling office, and all-day care facilities on the ground floor. Above this are the kindergarten and the administrative area; in the basement is the double gymnasium, with changing rooms and ancillary spaces.
To the south of this are the two classroom wings from the 1960s, designed by the C4 architectural consortium, which are conceptually complemented by open learning zones and circulation areas.
The building housing the SPZ, constructed in the 1990s, adjoins the classroom wings to the south. Together, the three buildings enclose an inner courtyard and, together with the school arena at the center, form a semi-enclosed courtyard. The SPZ building will not be renovated and will be preserved in accordance with the consensus.
