The headquarters will be constructed as a raised office building using solid construction methods. The building will have a full-depth basement housing an underground parking garage for employees. The ground floor features a parking deck, as well as access to the building and ancillary rooms. The first and second floors house office spaces, with a seminar floor situated on the third floor. The reinforced concrete structure will be clad with a mullion-transom façade, including a louvered façade. The interior design features wooden ceilings, modular partition walls, and a raised floor system to ensure maximum long-term interior flexibility. As part of the extensive renovation work across the entire site, the outdoor facilities will be adapted to meet Gebrüder Weiss’s current requirements.
