Gebrüder Weiss, Logistics Halls 4 and 5

The logistics warehouses will be newly constructed in the Schützenstraße area. The requirements include the creation of shelving areas and office workspaces. The warehouses will be built over a partially new underground parking garage extension or will stand on top of a sprinkler tank with a volume of approximately 600 m³. The construction method is planned as solid reinforced concrete for the floor slab and the vertical elements (walls/columns), and the roof area will be enclosed with a wooden structure including a membrane roof system. The façade consists of a combination of sandwich panels and polycarbonate panels.

As part of the extensive renovation work being carried out across the entire site, the outdoor facilities are being updated to meet GW’s current requirements.
