Mons Solar Sennwald

Mons Solar AG is building a new headquarters in Sennwald. During the first phase of construction (2022–2023), the lower three floors will be built to provide space for a warehouse and approximately 200 employee workstations. In the second phase of construction (beginning in 2024), three additional floors will be added, and the building is expected to accommodate up to 400 employees.

Technical Details:
_ Column-free area in the inner courtyard (16x24m) for flexibility on the ground floor
_ Two 32m-long cast-in-place concrete beams to control floor deflection
_ Floor slab: Floating, thermally active, poured last
_ Columns on individual pile foundations
