Wood construction

The new children's center in the heart of Rankweil will provide a space where children can play, explore, and learn. The building consists of two to three above-ground stories constructed of wood, complemented by central circulation cores and a reinforced concrete basement.

Green flat roofs create additional outdoor spaces, while the striking wooden staircase with steel supports defines the building’s architectural character. The compact floor plan allows for varied outdoor areas and bright, welcoming interiors.

Our structural design combined masonry and wood elements
to create a sustainable structure that ensures both a healthy indoor environment and a harmonious integration into the local landscape.
