Renovation of Friedrichshafener Straße 15

The historic building at Friedrichshafener Straße 15 in Lindau was built in 1930 and consists of six residential units and two commercial spaces.

In the fall of 2019, following the planning process, the renovation components were defined and the costs were determined. The goal was to meet the client’s schedule and budget requirements.  During the short renovation period of just three months, the necessary measures were successfully implemented with the help of the contractors. Individual balconies that no longer met structural requirements had to be replaced with steel structures. The renovation work was carried out while the building was occupied and in close coordination with the client.
