Seedomaine, Suite Hotel

By mid-2019, villas of inestimable value had been built in the center of Bodman. Each house has its own unique character and blends seamlessly into the established townscape. The Gräfliche Seedomaine zu Bodman project is located directly on the lake and comprises a total of 10 buildings on a 8,600 m² lot, featuring 47 residential units, a 14-room suite hotel with dining and wellness facilities, and an underground parking garage with 130 spaces.

All of the buildings at the Gräfliche Seedomaine in Bodman are characterized by timeless aesthetics, understated elegance, and solid craftsmanship. At the same time, the design of the individual floor plans allowed for a reasonable degree of individuality. Prof. Hans Kollhoff, one of the most outstanding architects of our time, was commissioned for this unprecedented real estate project.
