In the heart of Bolzano, between the train station and Waltherplatz, a downtown shopping center, a luxury hotel, apartments, and office space are being built.
The project by star architect David Chipperfield will bring a modern shopping atmosphere across multiple floors and offer first-class living in the heart of the city. A wide range of requirements for the high-quality building envelope necessitates the development of a variety of façade typologies as well as a self-supporting, projecting concrete skeleton structure.
