New construction of a residential complex in Vienna. The complex consists of two buildings with a total of 65 apartments and a day center operated by the Austrian Relief Organization on the ground floor. The two buildings are connected by an underground parking garage. The apartments offer ample private outdoor space, complemented by loggias and balconies.
