Residential Complex Leopoldauerplatz 19

For the construction of a residential complex comprising a total of 62 apartments and an underground parking garage with 40 spaces, the existing building sections at Leopoldauerplatz
, as well as a former stable building, were to be preserved and integrated into the new development.

Extensive reinforcement and underpinning work was required to carry out the project. A carefully coordinated construction schedule ensured that the work proceeded smoothly.

A newly constructed utility tunnel, containing all the utility lines, runs beneath the existing structure and connects the existing building sections to the building services center in the new basement.
