Comprehensive planning from a single source

As the general planner (GP), we handle the comprehensive planning and coordination of all construction phases of a project. Our responsibilities include preparing design and construction drawings, obtaining permits, tendering and awarding construction contracts, and supervising the construction work.

This is preferably done in collaboration with an architect designated by the client (TEIL-GP). As the general planner, we ensure that all work is completed on schedule and within budget. We also coordinate the collaboration between architects, engineers, and all other specialist planners to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Quality assurance and risk management are central components of this process. A key advantage is our well-coordinated team, which has already successfully completed projects and is therefore able to operate efficiently and seamlessly. The client has a single point of contact who handles all communication and coordination at the planning stage, which undoubtedly simplifies all coordination processes considerably.

Centralized management significantly reduces the number of design contracts awarded, simplifies the planning and project structure, and increases planning and cost certainty. As the general designer, we thereby relieve the client of certain responsibilities, allowing them to focus on overall project management.The topics of sustainable construction, agile working methods (LEAN), and digital project management (BIM) can be agreed upon individually or as a whole, as desired.
